Returns & Refunds Policy

At Premium Packaging Scotland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most stock items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are:

  • Unused and in their original condition
     
  • In the original packaging
     
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
     

Custom or personalised packaging items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation if applicable.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was:

  • Incorrect
     
  • Faulty or damaged upon arrival
     

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
     
  • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition
     

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photos of the damage for assessment and offer a replacement or full refund.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us using the details above.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again
     
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
     

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
